His professional experience includes water supply and treatment, wastewater and sewerage, transportation infrastructure, urban development, project management and infrastructure planning.

His work has involved international development institutions and major infrastructure programs, providing a practical perspective on the challenges of planning, designing, implementing and managing complex infrastructure systems.

Through Ing-Eni-Ero, Francisco explores how artificial intelligence, data, GIS and digital technologies can complement engineering expertise and improve infrastructure and urban decision-making.
